Overview of The Whitener Group’s Online Systems

The Whitener Group offers the three online systems below for customer convenience.

Client Services Center
The Client Services Center is an online systems management tool. A password, used in conjunction with a site code, provides you with access to the Client Services Center. You may use the Client Services Center to retrieve and manage online assessment information (participation ids and passwords), to view and print standardized score reports, and to enter demographics and/or performance ratings for participants. The Client Services Center provides one-stop convenience for Whitener Group Online Systems users.

Online Assessment Administration
Online assessment administration is offered as an alternative delivery method for multiple-choice assessments. This system eliminates the need to ship assessment materials back and forth and can provide immediate feedback on participant results. The online assessment system offers the following features:

Online Score Reporting
Online Score Reporting is available as an alternative to hard copy score reports. Shipping time and associated costs are eliminated by enabling you to access your score reports through this system (keep in mind that the processing time for scoring is still in effect). You are notified via email when your reports are ready; then you can log into the system and print reports at your convenience. Unlimited access enables you to view reports throughout the year and print as many copies as needed.
